Q: How do I pay?

A: We only accept Paypal currently. Sorry for the inconvenience

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: Unfortunately, Letters in November is a purely online based store operating from Melbourne, Australia, and hence, orders cannot be picked up from a store.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do! Check out the shipping and returns policy for further information. All postage costs will be finalised upon checkout. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us and we can arrange a final postage fee for you.

Q: How do you ship my order?

A: All orders are shipped using Australia Post.
